Soprano
Emilie Rose Bry
Trained on harpsichord and flute, Emilie Rose Bry is a Franco-American soprano who graduated from the CRR de Paris and the Manhattan School of Music. She has performed in a number of international opera houses, including Vienna, Barcelona, Buenos Aires and Moscow. Her notable roles include Armida, Poppea, and Micaëla, and she recently signed her first recording “Le Moine et le Voyou”.
Armelle Khourdoïan
Armelle Khourdoïan, Révélation Artiste Lyrique de l’Adami 2014, studied at the CNSMDP and the CRR de Marseille. She has sung at La Scala in Milan, at the Palais Garnier, and in numerous festivals. His repertoire includes works by Ravel, Rameau and other great composers.
Aurélie Loilier
Passionate about opera, soprano Aurélie Loilier has a rich repertoire, from Mozart to Puccini. She also devotes herself to sacred music and melody, with a recent CD of works by Augusta Holmès. Aurélie also sang for Jean Paul Gaultier’s “le Mâle” perfume advert.
Tenor
Matthieu Justine
Matthieu Justine, tenor and drama student, studied with masters such as Laurent Naouri. He has performed major roles such as Tamino and Almaviva in several French operas, as well as religious works by Bach and Mozart.
Christophe Poncet de Solages
Polyglot tenor Christophe Poncet de Solages has a degree in piano and a vast repertoire ranging from Baroque to contemporary music. He has sung on international stages, performing works by Bach, Wagner, Strauss and others.
Thomas Ricart
Trained at the Maîtrise Saint-Louis de Gonzague in Paris, Thomas Ricart studied at ESSEC before devoting himself to singing at the CNSMD in Paris. Winner of the Fondation Royaumont, his repertoire ranges from Britten to Verdi.
Mathieu Septier
Mathieu Septier, tenor and pianist, made his debut with the Sotto Voce Children’s Choir, and has sung in a variety of oratorios and operas, notably by Verdi and Mozart. He is also a choral conductor and composer.
Baritone
Marc Souchet
Marc Souchet, a baritone with an Italian repertoire, has interpreted leading roles in operas by Verdi and Puccini. He has also tackled the French repertoire, sung in concert under the direction of renowned conductors, and participated in contemporary works.
Benoît Gadel
With a degree in singing, Benoît Gadel started out in bass roles before turning to baritone. He has performed a variety of roles, from opera to operetta, and is a regular in sacred works.
Laurent Arcaro
After studying at the CNSM in Paris, Laurent Arcaro went on to perfect his skills at the Los Angeles Opera. Specializing in the Baritono Lirico repertoire, he has shone in iconic roles at the Opéra Comique, Oper Frankfurt and other international venues, under renowned conductors such as Michel Plasson. He also excels in the repertoire of melodies and has taken part in film productions.
Jiwon Song
A graduate of the Parma Conservatory, Jiwon Song blossomed at the CNIPAL in Marseille, performing major roles in various French operas. Winner of international competitions, he has brilliantly embodied characters in works by Puccini and Ambroise Thomas, and recently played Germont in “La Traviata” in Clermont-Ferrand.
Piano
Yuko Osawa
Yuko Osawa, a pianist with a passion for the French vocal repertoire, trained in Japan and Paris. She has worked with Didier Henry and has been invited by the Royaumont Foundation. A member of the Stein-lein-chen company, Yuko has contributed to numerous opera performances and recorded the complete Paul Delmet collection.
Philip Richardson
A native of Great Britain, Philip Richardson trained at Cambridge, the Royal Academy of Music in London and Hanover, and was a trainee artist at the Opera Studio of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan and the Opéra National du Rhin. He has accompanied numerous concerts and worked with renowned artists, performing in prestigious venues across Europe.
Katia Weimann
Katia Weimann, a graduate of the CNSM de Paris, has collaborated with directors such as Benjamin Lazar on productions of operas by Gluck and Rossini. She is also vocal director of the Maîtrise Populaire de l’Opéra Comique, participating in productions by Laurent Pelly.
Violinist
Anne Balu
Trained in Paris, Geneva and Vienna, Anne Balu is a graduate of the Haute École de Musique de Genève. Passionate about ensemble music, she has performed under prestigious conductors and teaches at the Sucy-en-Brie conservatory. A member of the Caravaggio Ensemble, she also performs with the Brussels Philharmonic and the Orchestre National d’Avignon Provence.
Estelle Diep
Estelle Diep, trained at the CNSM in Paris, has performed with the Orchestre National de Bordeaux Aquitaine, the Orchestre de Cannes and the London Symphony Orchestra. A member of the orchestra Les Métamorphoses, she participates in numerous opera productions.
Roxana Rastegar
Roxana Rastegar, who holds a master’s degree in violin, trained with teachers such as Jean-Marc Phillips-Varjabédian. She devotes herself to chamber music and plays at various jazz festivals. The Fonds Instrumental Français lends him a François Vaillant violin for the Baroque repertoire.
Annie Gropman
Annie Gropman studied at the Hogeschool Voor Muziek en Dans in Rotterdam. She has performed with the Rotterdam Philharmonik Orkest and the Orquestra Do Algarve. Back in France, she performs with the Orchestre Lamoureux, the Orchestre national de Metz and the Paris Chamber Orchestra. She is currently a member of the orchestra Les Métamorphoses.
Cellist
Carlotta Persico
Carlotta Persico, trained at the CNR de Paris, performs Chamber Music and Orchestra in Paris and abroad. His solo repertoire includes works by Schumann and Brahms. She has recorded a CD and DVD with pianist Olivier Cangelosi.
Suzanne Wolff
Suzanne Wolff, trained at the Royal Academy of Music in London and in Paris, specializes in period instruments. She has worked with conductors such as Christophe Coin and William Christie, and has taken part in productions such as “Les Noces de Figaro” at the Opéra Royal de Versailles.
Cecilia Carreño
Cecilia Carreño, a graduate of the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève, performs as soloist and in duo, and collaborates with the Opéra National de Paris and the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande. His repertoire ranges from Haydn to contemporary music.
