TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – OPERA-PALAZZO.COM

1 – Preamble
Music Opera Events is the producer of the events offered on the website www.opera-palazzo.com. Its headquarters are located at 16 rue Bleue, 75009 Paris. Registered with the RCS of Paris under the number Siret 87819353100018

2 – Purpose of these general terms of sale and use
The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms and conditions of access to the services and products offered by opera-palazzo.com.
Consequently, any purchase of products or services sold on opera-palazzo.com as well as any use of data or information
appearing on opera-palazzo.com implies unreserved acceptance by the customer or user of these general conditions of sale and use.
These general terms and conditions of sale and use may be modified at any time, without prior notice. Only those that are online at the time of the order will apply.

3 – Booking tickets
How to book your party:
Select the date of your party. You then decide on the number of seats and confirm your reservation by paying by credit card.
The evening starts at a specific time, latecomers may be refused access or be subject to conditions.

  • No right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets
    In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the purchase of tickets does not give the right to withdraw. Any ticket order is, therefore, a firm purchase.
  • Placement and category of seats
    Opera a Palazzo at the Dosne-Thiers Foundation offers only one category. Tickets are not numbered. Seating is free.
  • Ticket prices
    Ticket prices are quoted in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. The price includes booking fees and VAT.
    Bank charges may be applied by your bank for purchases made abroad. Please contact your bank for details of these charges.
    We take great care to ensure that the information on the website is correct, but in exceptional cases, errors or changes in dates may occur. We will inform you as soon as possible to allow you to reconfirm your order or simply cancel it at no cost.
  • Payment
    It is important to check the contents of the order before payment.
    By Visa or Mastercard; Eurocard, Carte Bleue.
    The payment is processed by the banking partner who can use the 3D secure system. Music Opera Events does not have access to your payment details.
    The bank details of the buyer are not kept by our system. Online electronic payments are made on the website of our
    ticketing partner Billetweb, which ensures security using appropriate encryption and authentication technologies.
    For your account verifications, the charge will appear on your credit card statement in the name of “Billetweb”.
  • Confirmation – Availability
    You are informed in real-time about the availability of tickets. If some tickets are no longer available between the beginning and the end of the order, the system will inform you.
    At the end of the transaction, a confirmation message is displayed and your booking will be confirmed by email. You will always receive a written confirmation with full details of your booking and your Eticket(s). You will be able to download an invoice from this confirmation.
    Once your order has been paid for, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your details. An order
    confirmation email containing your tickets is sent immediately. It is then your responsibility to check that the tickets have been received. 
    Please ensure that you have received a written reply within 24 hours, otherwise, check your spam or contact us by phone +33 (0)1 53 59 39 29 or by email at reservation @ opera-palazzo.com.
    If you have not received our reply, it is possible that our email has been blocked. It is important to contact us at least 24 hours before the date of your event in order to receive the information in time.
  • Obtaining tickets
    Your E-ticket(s) will be sent to you by email with your confirmation and will include a booking number and your full name.
    We recommend that you check your email inbox and the spam folder to ensure that you have received your documents and e-ticket(s) and that the items match your order, especially the date.
    No claims for a date or fare errors can be accepted at a later date.
    A Ticket can only be used once to access the event. Therefore, in the event of loss, theft or duplication, only the first person to present the Ticket will be admitted to the event. A ticket holder who has already used a ticket will not be entitled to any refund.
  • Control
    Tickets are to be presented at the control on the evening to gain access to the event, either printed on an A4 sheet or on your laptop/tablet.
    Access to the Event may be refused to a Participant who presents a Ticket that has already been used.
  • Modification and Cancellation of the show
    Your evenings may be modified (change of performer, change of schedule) or cancelled at any time. You will be informed as soon as possible.
    – In the event of a change to the originally planned cast, no compensation can be claimed.
    – In the event of interruption, except in cases of force majeure, a refund may be requested,
    – In the event of cancellation or postponement for any reason whatsoever, you will be informed by email or telephone as soon as possible. Please update your contact details on your Opera-Palazzo account so that we can contact you. In case of rescheduling, if the date is not convenient for you, you may ask for a full refund of your order.
    In the event of cancellation of the show by Music Opera Event, the booking will be refunded in full. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used for the booking (credit card, gift voucher) and only the person who made the purchase on the website will be refunded.
    The refund will be made automatically within 2 months of the date of the show. No other indemnity or compensation can be claimed.
  • Cancellation and refund of the reservation
    Reservations are binding and do not give the right of withdrawal (see n° 3). A ticket for a performance cannot be taken back, exchanged, or refunded, except in the event of cancellation of the performance by the organiser (see conditions above).
    Once tickets have been confirmed please contact us at least 48 hours before the date if you are unable to attend the
    performance. We will try to reschedule you for another date within the limits of available seats.
    If you are unable to attend because you have tested positive for COVID, you may reschedule your booking to a later date free of charge and if you are unable to reschedule you will be refunded. A copy of the positive COVID test must be provided to benefit from these measures.

4 – Personal data
The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order. It allows opera-palazzo.com to send you your confirmation and your E-tickets and to contact you in the event of modification or cancellation of booked evenings.
This information and data are also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to personalise the services offered and the information we send you. Unless you request otherwise, it may be used for commercial purposes only for offers in the fields of entertainment and tourism.
In agreement with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to information concerning you, which may be exercised by post to Music Opera Events – 16 rue Bleue – 75009 Paris or by email to CONTACT
Music Opera Events uses tracking technology to identify traffic sources.
When you place an order, you are asked to provide personal information about yourself and the Participants.
The information necessary to ensure the processing of the order by the Ticket Office is: name, first name and e-mail address of the Buyer. It may also be used by Music Opera Events to contact you in case of a problem with the processing of your order or a modification of the show.

5 – Validation
When you click on “I accept the terms and conditions of sale”, you declare that you have read and accepted the present terms and conditions of sale before placing your order.
The validation of your order, therefore, implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

6 – Specific conditions for the use of information
The information presented on opera-palazzo.com may not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Music Opera Events.

7 – Applicable law – Disputes
Any dispute arising from the operations referred to in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use shall be governed exclusively by French law, even for purchases made by persons who are not resident in France. The French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
